  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested more than 48 hours before the appointment.

Eco Gift Sourcing:

  • Full refund if cancelled before we begin sourcing items.
  • Partial refund, minus costs already incurred, if cancelled after sourcing has begun.
  • No refund once items have been purchased, unless the items themselves are returnable to the original retailers.

Gift Certificates:

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Product Purchases

During our personal shopping sessions, you may purchase products directly from our partner retailers. Please note:

  • All product purchases are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers where the items were purchased.
  • We will provide you with information about each retailer's return policy at the time of purchase.
  • While we are not responsible for the return policies of individual retailers, we will assist you with the return process if needed.
  • We recommend keeping all receipts and packaging until you are certain you want to keep the purchased items.
